AJS Realty Group Shatters Sales, Leasing Records

Thus far, 2015 has been a recordbreaking year of sales and leasing activity for AJS Realty Group, based in Naples.

As of the third quarter, the firm reported leasing almost 40,000sf of commercial space in 11 separate transactions and closing more than $40 million in sales. The leased properties range from 1,013sf (at 790 Harbour Drive to Flash Forward Solutions) to 15,650sf (at The Crossings at Bonita Springs to Hope Healthcare Services).

The firm also negotiated the sale of several buildings and pieces of land, including representing Pulte Group, Inc., in the purchase of the Golf Club of the Everglades (including excess land at the Olde Florida Golf Club) and the sale of 15 acres of excess commercial land to the Riverwood Community Development District in Charlotte County. AJS also represented Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida, Inc., in the purchase of properties at 2206 and 2213 Heitman Street in Fort Myers.
