Atwater Crossing Under Construction in Port Charlotte

A new retail plaza is coming to a prominent Port Charlotte intersection. Located at Atwater Street and Veterans Boulevard, Atwater Crossing is now under construction on a 3±acre parcel.
When completed in June, the 22,500sf plaza will be anchored by a state-of-the-art Mobil gas station and Kangaroo Express convenience store. Additional retail and office space will be available for lease in units from 1,000sf to 10,000sf in two separate buildings.
Fort Myers-based Hagefen, LLC is developing the project, which is being built by Envirostruct of Bonita Springs. ADG Architecture is providing architectural services.
Tim O’Brien, VP of asset management for Hagefen, will lease and manage the property. The firm owns additional acreage on Veterans Boulevard for future development.
