Construction Starts at Estero Grande Site

GATES Construction continues its work at The Shoppes at Estero Grande on the west side of U.S. 41 and Estero Parkway in Estero.

The project consists of site work for the retail center and property, which includes a lake that was constructed for storm water retention and landscape irrigation. New water, fire lines, sanitary sewer and storm piping are being provided to all areas of the property to allow future development that includes Parkside, a planned multi-family condominium complex.

The Shoppes at Estero Grande is slated for completion this fall. At press time, tenants included Zoom Tan and Starbucks.
