Entech Expands With Acquisition

Entech Computer Services, a 17-year-old Fort Myers-based IT consulting and solutions company, has acquired Bradenton-based United Systems Computer Group. In addition to remotely serving clients nationwide, Entech’s immediate on-site service area will now extend from the Tampa Bay area south to Marco Island.

According to Entech President Jake Spanberger, United’s 13-member team will merge with Entech’s 16 experienced engineers, administrators, strategists and other professionals. United Systems CEO David Spire will maintain an ownership interest in Entech as chief development officer and senior executive vice president.
