Jeffrey C. Clapper and Tod B. Whipple, CCIM, have joined Equity’s Southwest Florida office as Senior Brokerage Associates. Clapper specializes in leasing and selling various types of commercial properties including retail, medical and office. He also has experience in commercial property management.
Clapper started his real estate career with Cameron Real Estate in 2005 and has been an active member of ICSC since 2008. Before joining Equity, he was the Southwest Florida leasing and acquisitions manager for Courtelis Company, an owner/developer of shopping centers based in Miami. Clapper is active in the Naples North Rotary and sits on its board of directors. He has also served on the boards of the City of Naples and the Downtown Naples Association (the predecessor to the Fifth Avenue Business Improvement District).

Whipple specializes in build-to-suit opportunities, investment sales and retail leasing. He started his commercial real estate career in 2002 as vice president of real estate for a construction and real estate development firm in New Hampshire. He also was an associate director at Cushman & Wakefield/CPSWFL in Fort Myers prior to joining Equity, and is a member of the CCIM Southwest Florida chapter.
