Stevens Construction is nearing completion on the build-out of Longevity Performance Center in Naples. Located at 1000 Immokalee Road, Suites 65 and 66, the 4,449sf center is designed to offer a new approach to health, wellness and fitness.

This is the inaugural Longevity Performance Center established by Dr. William Kapp III. He is the founder and CEO of Landmark Hospital, an 86,676sf facility that Stevens Construction built in 2015.

When completed, the center will provide a number of noteworthy features and services, including: a fitness area with eGym smart equipment, which uses cloud-based software to track a client’s progress; locker amenities; treatment rooms for non-invasive Cold Laser Therapy; and blood chemistry testing to measure biological age and create custom fitness and nutrition programs. Nutrition consulting will be available, as well.

Alan Bennett is project manager, Angie Sugg is project administrator, and Shane Sindledecker is superintendent. HuntonBrady designed the project, which is scheduled to open before the end of the year.
