Agents with Commercial Property Southwest Florida, LLC (CPSWFL), an alliance member of Cushman & Wakefield, recently negotiated the following sales, leases and property management contracts.

SALES

A limited liability corporation owned by FineMark National Bank & Trust recently purchased the Atrium Executive Center in Fort Myers from Atrium of SW Florida, Inc. for $5.965 million.

Gary Tasman, CPSWFL CEO and principal broker, represented the buyer, 8695 LLC, in the transaction.

Located at the corner of Winkler Road and College Parkway, the 39-yearold property had been in a state of decline for months, after plans to redevelop it as an innovation hub fell through. Fort Myers-based FineMark plans to raze the structure to make way for a three-story headquarters building with abundant parking and two outparcels.

Construction is expected to take up to two years. When completed, the new building will be three times the size of the bank’s current office nearby.

In another noteworthy sale, the 11-unit Gulf Motel at 2700 Estero Boulevard, Fort Myers Beach, has been purchased by Shri Shantakaram, LLC for $1.299 million. John Albion negotiated the transaction on behalf of the buyer.
