Construction will soon be completed at Performance Health Surgery Center in Fort Myers. Stevens Construction is building the 17,000sf facility, which will be its 10th completed surgical center.

Located at 16501 Three Oaks Parkway, just off the I-75 Alico Road exit in Fort Myers, the orthopedic and spinebased surgery center will include four operating rooms and 17 beds. Upon completion, the project will be licensed and inspected by the Agency for Health Care Administration, which ensures regulatory compliance for health care facilities throughout Florida.

Performance Health Surgery Center will be anchored by surgeons Edward Humbert, Dennis Sagini, James Bynum, David Eichten and Jeffrey Henn.

In addition to project manager Michael Waskiewicz, the Stevens team includes project administrator Angie Sugg, and superintendent Mike Garland. The architect is Joseph J. Sziabowski.
