				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wright Construction Group has started working on a 2.5-mile, four-lane road extension at the north end of Three Oaks Parkway. The project will include a new bridge crossing over the Fiddlesticks canal, concrete sidewalks, two bike lanes, street lighting and utility relocations.</p>
<p>The $26.8 million project is the first phase of a multi-level project to improve road network connections, as well as provide modal transportation alternatives. The second phase will extend Three Oaks to Daniels Parkway, which is scheduled to be widened to eight lanes from east of Pinto Lane to the I-75 interchange. Work should start on this phase in 2025 with the project to be completed by 2027.</p>
