Brokers with CRE Consultants recently closed more than $30 million in sales in Southwest Florida.

Leading the list of notable transactions was the $16 million sale of the Regions on Fifth building at 1100 5th Avenue South in Naples. Randal Mercer, Scott Dunnuck and Brandon Stoneburner negotiated the deal.

The 52,708sf Class-A office tower and parking structure is situated on 1.56 acres at the southeast corner of 5th Avenue South and 11th Street South, in the heart of Naples. The iconic property is fully stabilized and for the past 12 years has boasted an average occupancy of 90%. It was under contract within 60 days of coming to market and sold for a 6.25% cap rate.

1100 5th Ave., LLC, purchased the property as an investment from 1100 Building, LLC.
