Roadies Pit Stop is a drive-thru-only coffee shop offering functional and natural coffee beverages, high-energy performance beverages and a variety of herbal teas. Eric Strom at Trinity Commercial Group helped broker the deal.
Panda Express, a fast-casual American Chinese restaurant with 2,400 locations nationwide, features a menu that emphasizes quality and freshness while prioritizing convenience. Rebecca Hallum of Hallum Realty Advisors represented Panda Express in the transaction.
