Veteran restaurant operator Travis Prince has been named regional sales direc­tor at Forbes-Snyder, a national provider of point-of-sale (POS) systems, to spearhead its Southwest Florida expansion.

Prince brings over 30 years of restau­rant management experience to the role, most recently serving as director of op­erations at Prime 239 Steakhouse in Cape Coral. Prince began his hospitality jour­ney waiting tables at Applebee’s, quickly advancing from server to bartender. He later became a corporate trainer with Duffy’s Sports Grill, opening new loca­tions statewide. His career highlights include working alongside celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck at CUT Steakhouse in Manhattan. During the 2020 pandemic, Prince launched an entertainment venue with a full-service restaurant, returning to Florida shortly after as a brand ambas­sador for Paradigm Hospitality.
