Curran Young Construction has three major projects underway as the company pursues new high-end residential, resort and hospitality construction.
Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club in Fort Myers is a 42,600sf project to expand and renovate the clubhouse. The upgraded facility will offer a refreshed, modern experience for members, especially on the marina-facing side, with improved views from both the pool and interior dining areas. Key features include a sleek new pergola, expansive open-air dining and a top-to-bottom interior redesign.
The Commons Club Beach Club in Bonita Springs is a 13,446sf, three-story concrete structure that offers club members two distinct grilling areas and a second floor with a bar and restrooms. The project will bring more community-centered amenities to one of the region’s most desirable beachside locations.
Lake Shadroe Resort in Cape Coral includes a 101,552sf hotel, 10,235sf office and 2,300sf tiki restaurant. The resort’s seven-story, 48-unit waterfront hotel will be the tallest building ever constructed in northwest Cape Coral.
