Curran Young Construction has begun construction on a 26,847sf, freestanding clubhouse at Webbs Reserve Golf Club at Babcock Ranch. Construction began in mid-January 2026 and will continue throughout the year.
The clubhouse will include health and wellness amenity spaces, a Bourbon Bar and Tavern, a timber-framed porte cochere, and a lobby cupola.
Webbs Reserve at Babcock Ranch features a Nicklaus Design golf course, spanning 7,034 yards from the back tees.
