Local Ownership Group Purchases Fisherman’s Village

Fishermen’s Village, one of Southwest Florida’s best-known waterfront destinations, sold for $43 million to a local ownership group, according to SVN Commercial Partners.

The sale concludes a nearly threeyear process that included market uncertainty and recovery following Hurricanes Helene and Milton. During that period, the property was stabilized, tenants were supported and Fishermen’s Village ultimately returned to 100% retail occupancy.

The property includes approximately 97,000sf of waterfront retail and office space, five waterfront restaurants, 47 waterfront hotel suites and a 142-slip marina. The marketing process attracted interest from institutional investors, private equity groups, family offices, regional developers and local buyers.
