CarbonSix Construction Completes Dermatology Renovation

CarbonSix Construction completed an interior renovation for Houck Dermatology in Naples. Construction began in late March and was completed within the scheduled three-month timeline.

The tenant improvement project included demolition of existing flooring and cabinetry, installation of new sanitary and electrical systems, metal framing, drywall, flooring, paint, cabinetry, countertops and updated lobby finishes.

CarbonSix Construction’s project team included Project Manager Anthony Vilchez, Superintendent Jay Stowell and Project Coordinator Sarah Krupski. GMA Architects served as the project architect, with Zachary Smith leading the design.

The renovated office is near U.S. 41 and Pine Ridge Road in northern Naples. The modernized space was designed to improve daily operations and provide a comfortable, efficient environment for patients and staff.

Houck Dermatology provides general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology services from its Naples and Estero locations.
