Ave Maria Ranked Among Nation’s Top-Selling Planned Communities

RCLCO’s mid-year 2026 list of the Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities in the United States ranked Ave Maria as No. 29.

The community recorded 265 new home sales during the first half of 2026 among its residential builders: CC Homes, Del Webb Naples, Lennar and Pulte Homes. More than 5,800 new homes have been sold in Ave Maria to date, with approximately 14,000 homes projected at full build-out.

Ave Maria continues to expand residential, retail and commercial offerings. Anthem Square, a planned 21,000sf retail center, will be located near Midtown Plaza at Anthem Parkway and Ave Maria Boulevard. Construction is anticipated to begin in November 2027, with completion expected in summer 2028.

Once completed, Midtown Plaza and Anthem Square will provide a combined 43,000sf of commercial space across 21 acres. Publix has also leased space for a new Publix Liquors location.

Ave Maria Elementary, the community’s first public elementary school, opened in August 2026, expanding the town’s educational options from preschool through university.
