NAI Burns Scalo Announces Two Fort Myers Medical Office Sales

NAI Burns Scalo announced the completion of two medical office sales in Fort Myers totaling $3.425 million.

The first transaction involved the sale of 2531 S. Cleveland Avenue, a 37,960sf medical office property on 2.79 acres along Cleveland Avenue (U.S. 41), for $2.25 million. The property offers approximately 450 feet of frontage near Lee Memorial Hospital.

EE Properties Global acquired the property in an all-cash transaction and plans to reposition the building, which has been vacant since 2023. Potential uses include medical, educational and traditional office space.

Michael F. Curran, vice president of NAI Burns Scalo, represented the buyer. NAI Burns Scalo will also oversee marketing and leasing of the property.

In a separate transaction, NAI Burns Scalo announced the $1.175 million sale of a 4,100sf medical office condominium at 6150 Diamond Centre Court, Suite 1000, in Fort Myers.

Hanna Ray-Johnson, associate; Shawn Stoneburner, senior vice president; and Gary Tasman, executive vice president, represented the seller. The property went under contract after approximately five months on the market.

Physician Khalid Sabha acquired the condominium and plans to establish his medical practice in one unit while leasing the remaining two units to health care or professional office users.

The transactions reflect continued demand for medical office properties in the Fort Myers and Southwest Florida market.
