Florida-Based Bank Announces Expansions, Promotions

Crews Bank & Trust has announced that Krysta Medley and Ivelisse Gonzalez have joined the bank as business relationship bankers, and Amy Underwood has been named treasury management sales officer for the bank’s North market areas.

Medley joins as vice president and business relationship banker for the Winter Haven area. She has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, branch leadership and client relationship management. Gonzalez joins as assistant vice president and business relationship banker at the Lakeland branch. She has more than 15 years of banking experience and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Medley and Gonzalez will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with businesses in the Winter Haven and Lakeland markets.

Underwood has more than 25 years of financial services experience and joined Crews Bank & Trust in 2016. She previously served as branch manager in Winter Haven and helped lead the opening and growth of the Lakeland branch.

In her new role, Underwood will provide treasury management services to businesses in DeSoto, Hardee, Highlands and Polk counties. Her work will focus on improving efficiency, managing cash flow, preventing fraud and supporting business growth.
