SVN Commercial Partners Expands Southwest Florida Team with Two New Hires

SVN Commercial Partners (SVNCP) has added Jeff Forsythe, CCIM, as senior advisor and Ben Arensman, MSRE, as property management coordinator & associate advisor.

Forsythe brings more than a decade of commercial real estate brokerage experience in Southwest Florida, along with a background in corporate leadership, construction, manu f a c t u r i n g , property development and real estate investment. He will be based in the firm’s Fort Myers office, focusing on investment sales, leasing and advisory services.

Arensman recently earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and holds a Florida real estate license. He will support SVNCP’s property management, leasing and brokerage services while building experience across multiple commercial real estate disciplines.
