Community Bank Announces Team Expansions

Sanibel Captiva Community Bank has added five banking professionals to its Fort Myers and Sanibel locations, with three joining the Bridge Branch on College Parkway in Fort Myers and two joining the Main Office along Periwinkle Way on Sanibel.

Andrew Douvlis joined the company as a loan servicing construction specialist at its Bridge Branch supporting the bank’s loan servicing team by assisting with construction portfolio management, project monitoring, documentation and client support. He brings more than four years of experience in commercial real estate finance, underwriting and financial analysis. He also owned and operated a small business, gaining experience in budgeting, cash flow management and operations.

Also joining the Bridge Branch is Mikayla Johnson as a bank secrecy act analyst. Johnson supports the bank’s compliance efforts by monitoring transactions, identifying potential suspicious activity and helping ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering regulations. Her previous responsibilities included opening and maintaining business accounts, assisting clients and supporting regulatory compliance and account operations.

Ashley Wright joins the Bridge Branch as a loan servicing assistant. In her new role, she will assist the loan servicing department by processing payments, maintaining loan records and responding to customer inquiries. She previously worked in the financial services industry handling loan documentation, title coordination and other administrative responsibilities.

Taylee Quinn and Hanna Schimansky joined the company’s Main Office as tellers and customer service representatives. Quinn is responsible for processing customer transactions, assisting with account inquiries and providing customer service. She previously worked at a community bank in Idaho handling financial transactions, resolving account questions and assisting clients. Schimansky assists customers with daily banking needs, processes transactions and provides personalized service. She previously held management positions at Amazon, where she supervised large teams, improved operational processes and worked to achieve performance goals.
