Waltbillig & Hood Breaks Ground on Dual-Brand Hotel in Naples
Waltbillig & Hood General Contractors has begun construction on a new dual-brand Hilton hotel off Goodlette- Frank Road in Naples. The eight-story, 259,258sf development will offer 290 guest rooms across two Hilton brands.
The project brings together AAM15 Management, MHK Architecture and CID Design Group, with construction financing provided by Needham Bank. Plans include two levels of structured parking and six floors dedicated to guest rooms and amenities.
Guests will enjoy a full-service restaurant, indoor/outdoor bar, meeting spaces, fitness facilities, a game room, co-working space and a coffee bar. Outdoor amenities will include a pool and a courtyard with recreational activities, a barbecue area and park.
