Trinity Marks 15 Years of Growth, Community Commitment

Trinity Commercial Group (TCG) marked its 15th anniversary on Oct. 25, cel- ebrating its growth from a Southwest Florida commercial real estate firm into a statewide organization with more than $3 billion in commercial real estate sales volume.

Founded in 2011, TCG now has of- fices serving Southwest Florida, Tampa, Southeast Florida and Jacksonville. Its brokerage, development consulting and property management divisions support clients throughout the life cycle of com- mercial properties, from site selection and acquisition to development planning, leas- ing, management and disposition.

Through its Community Assets Stewardship services, TCG also supports real estate operations for several Florida school districts and municipalities, help- ing public-sector organizations manage assets with a long-term perspective.

The firm credits its growth to a col- laborative business model built around specialized teams, bringing a range of expertise to client assignments and main- taining continuity throughout transac- tions and beyond.

TCG’s commitment to community service has grown alongside its busi- ness. Through TCG Cares, the firm and its team members have contributed more than $125,000 and 1,800 volunteer hours to nonprofit organizations and community initiatives. Recent efforts have supported United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Midwest Food Bank, Franklin Park Elementary and Pine Manor Improvement Association.
