B&I Contractors Remembers Former President and Founding Partner
B&I Contractors, Inc. mourns the passing of Hugh Clark, former president and one of the company’s founding partners.
Clark helped establish B&I’s foundation and shape the values that continue to guide the company: integrity, quality, teamwork and a commitment to employee safety and well-being.
A strong advocate for employee ownership, Clark was instrumental in establishing B&I’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). His vision helped create an ownership culture that continues to benefit generations of B&I employee-owners.
His legacy lives on through the company he helped build and the people whose lives he touched. B&I extends its heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, former colleagues and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
