Ramon Carde­nas Jr. has joined CRES of SWFL, Inc. as a commer­cial broker, bringing nearly 20 years of commercial real es­tate experience.

Cardenas earned a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in real estate from California State University, Ful­lerton.
