LandQwest Commercial Welcomes New Team Members

LandQwest Commercial, based in Fort Myers, has expanded with three new hires.

Deanna Bornstein, Sales and Leasing Associate. A native of Easton, Massachusetts, Bornstein recently graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University where she studied business management, economics and real estate.

She is a Florida-licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and holds a Community Association Manager license (LCAM). In addition to extensive sales experience, her background also includes an internship with a local boutique property management company. Email: dbornstein@lqwest.com.

Frank J. Kupiec, III, Broker Associate. Since 1995, Kupiec has closed more than $750 million in real estate and business transactions. He works with his clients as a full-service transaction broker and advisor on purchases, sales, leases, financing and partnership/corporate transactions.

For the past 10 years Kupiec was principal at K3RE in Naples, specializing in restaurant and hotel brokerage and business sales, and also helping buyers and tenants of all property types with site selection and lease/contract negotiations. He also represented property owners with dispositions, leasing and development.

Previously, Kupiec was affiliated with CB Richard Ellis in Naples and Marcus & Millichap in Phoenix, Arizona. The Chicago native has also worked in acquisitions and dispositions for First Industrial Realty Trust and was a commercial construction lender with the former GMAC Commercial Mortgage.

Laura Juteau, Property Manager & Business Development Specialist (Tampa and Orlando). Juteau has more than 20 years of experience in commercial, multi-family and residential property management. Her specialties include landlord representation, lease administration, multi-family, operations, project management, property management, facilities management and tenant representation.

Most recently, Juteau developed a property management division for NAI Tri Cities in Washington state. There, she was directly responsible for building the company’s commercial portfolio to more than one million sf of managed space as well as a residential portfolio of 400+ units.

Prior to that, she worked with a large company and several investors in the Northeast. Besides overseeing a portfolio of 2,200 units, she served on several boards within the real estate and property management industry.

Juteau is a state-licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington and is actively pursuing her Florida license. She is active in numerous local and national groups and organizations including ICSC, BOMA, IREM and ARM. Also, she is a CPM candidate and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
