LandQwest Sells Fort Myers Center for $8.9 Million

LandQwest Commercial has sold the 9299 Center in Fort Myers for $8.9 million. An investment group from Syracuse, New York acquired the property.

Adam Palmer, CCIM, negotiated this transaction on behalf of the seller. The 38,639sf property is on College Parkway and is 96 percent occupied by Lee Memorial Health System.
