Pamela Van Vleck has been named Chief Operating Officer and Director of Property Management for Cushman & Wakefield|Commercial Property of Southwest Florida (CPSWFL).
As director of property management, Van Vleck is the primary contact for owners and landlords, and also identifies and implements strategic growth opportunities for the firm in Southwest Florida. Her duties as COO include overseeing operations of both the brokerage and property management divisions of CPSWFL.
With more than 40 years of experience as a commercial property manager and broker, Van Vleck has built a portfolio of more than four million sf of retail, office, industrial and commercial association properties. In addition to establishing a professional presence in such markets as Jackson Hole, WY, Phoenix and Tucson, AZ, and Las Vegas, NV, she has spent the last 24 years working in the Naples/Ft. Myers market.
