Heather Morgan, Gretchen Smith Join Commercial Team at Cushman & Wakefield|CPSWFL

Cushman & Wakefield| Commercial Property Southwest Florida has expanded its commercial real estate division by two with the hiring of Heather A. Morgan and Gretchen W. Smith.

Morgan has been named Client Services Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO at the firm’s real estate brokerage division. She has more than 10 years of management experience in the service sector.

Most recently, Morgan worked at Interop Technologies as its content and product manager. Before that, she was an administrator with the commercial brokerage of Grubb & Ellis|VIP-D’Alessandro.

Smith is now the firm’s Lead Listing Coordinator-Research Assistant. With nine years of commercial real estate experience, her background includes property management, general management and broker-associate experience. Smith, a native of Long Branch, New Jersey, holds a B.S. in management from Kean University and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
