Additional Tenants Commit to Space in Creekside Corners

Barron Collier Commercial recently announced additional tenants slated to open in the new Creekside Corners retail center under construction at the corner of Goodlette and Immokalee roads in north Naples.

Exermedic and Smoothie King join the growing roster of businesses already confirmed in the center. They include Komoon Thai Sushi & Ceviche, McAlister’s Deli, Casa Blanca Nail Bar, Simple Beauty Salon and a new restaurant concept from Michael Hernandez, proprietor of HobNob on 5th Avenue South in Naples.

When completed, Creekside Corners will contain 34,000sf of retail and commercial space, with units starting from 1,300sf. Only one space remained available for lease as of early October, according to CeeCee Marinelli, Barron Collier’s director of commercial leasing.
