Fifth Avenue South Properties Sell for $74+ Million

A seven-building portfolio on Fifth Avenue in Naples has sold for $74.35 million. The portfolio totals 122,276sf and consists of 73,523sf of street-level retail space, 48,753sf of office space and a 1.1-acre site on Fifth Avenue.

Hoffman Commercial Real Estate purchased the asset free and clear of existing debt.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP (HFF) marketed the property on behalf of seller Naples Fifth Avenue Holdings, LLC, with assistance from Courtelis Company, which provided leasing and management services to the seller.
