Stevens Completes Construction of Bank, Medical Offices in Lee and Collier Counties

Stevens Construction has completed the 8,400sf build-out of Fine- Mark National Bank & Trust at 800 Laurel Oak Drive in Naples. Construction occurred in two phases to allow operations to continue during the project.
The building houses a community room, four conference rooms, lounges, reception area, teller stations and a commercial kitchen. Numerous custom finishes include travertine tile, wood flooring and mahogany wood wall panels, box beams, doors and cabinets.
Dan Adams was project manager, J.J. Slaugh was superintendent and Kathryn Gomez was project administrator. MHK Architecture & Planning was the architect of record.
This is Stevens’ second project for FineMark. It also built the bank’s Fort Myers operations center in 2013.
Stevens Construction also completed construction of two Eye Centers of Florida locations in Lee County for Dr. David C. Brown.
In Cape Coral, the company renovated a 3,896sf medical office in Suite 820 at 2301 Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral. The work included a new lobby, reception area, alcove and exam room.
The company also completed a build-out for Eye Centers’ North Fort Myers location at 17966 N. Tamiami Trail, Suite 160. The space contains seven exam rooms, optical lab, diagnostics and a retail shop.
Brian Oliver was superintendent, Mark Battaglia was project manager and April Kelley was project administrator. GMA Architects & Planners provided the architectural services.
To date, Stevens Construction has completed four Eye Centers locations, including offices in Port Charlotte and Naples.
