LandQwest and Swor Sell Acura Dealership

LandQwest Commercial and Swor, Inc., have sold the former Scanlon Acura complex for $4.24 million.

Located at 15581 S. Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers, the seven-acre site includes a 14,051sf sales and service facility.

Godfrey Santini of LandQwest and David Swor of Swor, Inc. represented the seller, Scanlon South, LLC. Brandon Kinsey of Kinsey and Associates represented the buyer, B & F Properties of SWFL, LLC. Santini says the buyer intends to convert the property for boat sales and service.
