Synergy Commercial Announces Fort Myers Opening

Synergy Commercial Group recently opened in Fort Myers at 4391 Colonial Boulevard. The independent brokerage provides a full range of real estate and business brokerage services to investors, landlords and tenants throughout Southwest Florida.

Tod Whipple, CCIM, is principal broker. He boasts more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience in acquiring, developing, operating and disposing of real estate assets as both a principal and third-party broker. Prior to launching Synergy, Whipple was VP of real estate for United Construction Corporation, a broker associate at Cushman & Wakefield and senior director at Equity, Inc. of Naples.

Wendy Manno, CAM, PPMC, is Synergy’s controller and oversees its property management division. Also, Michelle Turnbull has been named strategic advisor.
