Gaglia Named Partner of KOVA Property Management

Kimberly Gaglia, RPA, CAM, has been named partner and senior vice president of KOVA Property Management, LLC. In this role, she oversees the company’s commercial management team and provides property-specific management to enhance long-term property success.

The Ohio native has more than 27 years of property management experience and previously held leadership positions with Welsh Companies Florida and Stavins & Axelrod Properties, Inc. Her expertise includes the management of commercial office, retail and warehouse properties, as well as commercial and residential associations.

In addition to her numerous professional designations, Gaglia is a member of REIS and BOMA (since 1999). She has been with KOVA since 2013.
