In March, GCG Construction, Inc. is expected to complete construction of the newest retail and donation center for Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc. The store is at 8915 Sage Ave. in Naples on approximately two acres near the intersection of Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard.
Construction consisted of all site work and underground utilities, vertical construction of 16,000sf and interior build-out.
In other news, GCG has been awarded the design-build contract for the second phase of development and construction for JDM Development, LLC. The project is located off Metro Parkway near Gulf Coast Medical Center.
Phase One was completed in just six months. Dr. McNamara Comprehensive Foot & Ankle Care occupies approximately half of the 6,170sf medical building, with the remaining space available for lease through Cushman & Wakefield.
On an adjacent parcel, Phase Two also will provide custom medical office space in a building designed to replicate the first phase. When completed, both buildings will have a distinct modern look with clean lines, angled walls and a fresh color palette.
