Cunningham Named Managing Director for SVN Florida’s Fort Myers Office

Cunningham, MAI, CCIM, has joined SVN Florida as Managing Director of its new office at 3033 Winkler Avenue in Fort Myers.

Cunningham, formerly with LandQwest Commercial, has been actively involved in the sales and leasing of commercial properties and development sites in Central and Southwest Florida for decades.

In her role, Boldissar is implementing a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program to enhance the SVN brand in Southwest Florida. She’ll also work with the brokers to develop marketing strategies for their commercial listings and specialized projects. Boldissar has 10 years of marketing and CRM/database management experience.
