Lee & Associates’ Senior V.P. Rodney Fidler, CCIM and principal Richard Clarke brokered the sale of five commercial properties in Fort Myers for $17.55 million. The portfolio of investment properties includes: One Parker Center (office); Parker Commons Building 2 (office); Parker Commons Building 10; Parker Plaza (office); and Parker Promenade (retail).
Fidler and Clarke specialize in the sales and leasing of commercial properties representing companies and high net worth individuals. They say the buyer of the Parker properties is an investor who wishes to remain anonymous. However, Fidler adds that “the buyer plans to continue to maintain the properties with the highest standards for the current and future tenants.”
