GCG Breaks Ground On Waterfront Restaurant, Completes Medical Office

GCG Construction, Inc. has broken ground on its latest design-build waterfront restaurant project, Deep Lagoon Seafood in Fort Myers. Located at 14040 McGregor Boulevard, the restaurant is in MarineMax Fort Myers at Deep Lagoon Marina.

When completed, the custom-designed 6,700+sf venue will offer guests the option of dining indoors with water views or on the large deck overlooking the marina. It is one of many ongoing site improvements at the full-service marina, situated on a prime, waterfront parcel of 20+ acres in south Lee County.

Earlier this year, GCG completed construction of a 6,000+sf medical office building for JDM Development at 14320 Metropolis Avenue in Fort Myers. It was the second of two adjacent buildings, both featuring a modern design.

The state-of-the-art facility is the new location for Gulfstream Urology and Revitalize Lounge. In just six months, GCG completed the ground up construction, including all site work, as well as full interior build-outs for both tenants.
