Stevens Construction Begins MidWestOne Bank’s Florida Location

In September, Stevens Construction broke ground on MidWestOne Bank at 8690 Gladiolus Drive in Fort Myers.

When completed this spring, the 6,689sf bank will house seven offices, a conference room, lobby, tellers and drive-thru. It will be MidWestOne’s first freestanding location in Florida.

The project is being managed by Michael Waskiewicz. The construction team includes superintendent Mark Battaglia and project administrator Rebeccah Hamilton. Christopher J. Lee Architects, Inc. and Benson & Associates Interior Design are also working on the project.

With offices in Fort Myers, Tampa and Orlando, Stevens Construction provides construction management, general contracting and consulting services to clients and design professionals.
