Creighton Construction & Development has completed the remodel of a multi-tenant building along one of Cape Coral’s busiest corridors.

Anchored by Metro Diner, the remodeled one-story, 13,301sf commercial building is at 1625 Cape Coral Parkway East and serves as a landmark for visitors entering Cape Coral from the Cape Coral Bridge. At press time, Metro Diner was poised to open, with other, yet-to-be-announced retail tenants expected to follow.
