A Netherlands-based investment firm has purchased buildings in the Eastlinks Business Park in Fort Myers for $25 million. Thus far, it is 2018’s largest office sale in Southwest Florida.
The business park was developed in Gateway in the mid-2000s and is home to a number of high-profile tenants including Gartner, Walgreens, Sony and Red Bull, among others.
Tamiami Investments 2, LLC acquired the roughly 159,000sf of office space from Creekside West, Inc. and two other entities connected to the Collier family.
David Stevens, a principal with Investment Properties Corp. in Naples, represented the sellers. Rainer Filthaut of Naples-based International Realty Corp. negotiated the May 24th deal on behalf of the buyer.
