Renovations Completed on Cape Coral’s Newest Department Store

GATES Construction and ASHMARK Construction have completed renovations on a new Burlington, a national department store.

Previously occupied by Sports Authority at 1810 N.E. Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, the 40,178sf building underwent a complete interior demolition and replacement of walls, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and flooring. The rebuilt space features a larger stock area, new entrance, offices and break room.
