Bornhorst Achieves SIOR Designation

Derek Bornhorst, CCIM, of Lee & Associates | Naples – Ft Myers, recently achieved the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® based in Washington, D.C.

To become a SIOR, candidates must have at least five years of creditable experience in industrial real estate. They also must meet stringent education requirements and demonstrate professional ability, competency, ethical conduct and personal integrity.

Worldwide, there are more than 3,200 SIORs in 685 cities and 36 countries.
