SUITE TALK March 7, 2019 admin
LandQwest Commercial Real Estate Services continues to expand with the launch of an office in Naples.
Located in Suite 260 of the Kraft Office Center at 3555 Kraft Road, it is the second Southwest Florida office and fourth overall for the full-service commercial brokerage and property management firm.
Adam Palmer, CCIM and LandQwest principal, identified and secured the office space, and will continue to lease the center’s remaining vacancies. He will work from both the Naples and Fort Myers offices to represent tenants and landlords of office and commercial investment assets.
“This is not a new territory for us,” he adds, noting that the demand from the firm’s clients necessitated a greater physical presence in Naples.
LandQwest principal Mike Concilla, managing director of retail services, and Eric Edwards, senior broker associate, will be based out of the new office.
Concilla, the former senior vice president of Equity, Inc., is recognized for his 20-year career in site selection, development, leasing, and disposition of retail, office and industrial assets. He will spearhead the retail division’s tenant rep, leasing and sales services.
Previously, Edwards was senior director with SVN/KOVA and a partner of Bridgepoint Ventures. At LandQwest, he represents industrial and office owners and tenants in Naples and Fort Myers.
Frank Kupiec, broker associate, and Michael Daly, CLS and senior director of retail, also are moving to Naples. Kupiec will facilitate business brokerage opportunities and represent retail tenants seeking space for expansion and/or relocation. Daly is a 30-year industry veteran who has introduced countless concepts statewide, most notably Starbucks, and works with brands that include the TJX Companies (TJ Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods) and Tide Dry Cleaners.
