SALES
LeVan represented the buyer in both of the following sales:
• Pelican Village of Bonita Springs, LLC: 32,670sf retail building on 2.75 acres at 24830 S. Tamiami Trail from Pelican Village Plaza, LLC for $6,773,430. (Richard Tucker/ Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller.)
• Hidden Lakes of Bonita Springs, LLC: 30,019sf retail building on 3.26 acres at 28811 S. Tamiami Trail from Griffin Bonita Springs Properties, LLC for $6.7 million. (Nicholas Paulus/Invest Realty, LLC represented the seller.)
LEASES
The firm represented the landlord in the following leasing transactions, all in Cape Coral:
• David Evans, LLC: 1,250sf industrial space at 1202 N.E. Pine Island Rd. (Gretchen Smith/Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.)
• Jason P. Tramonte Architect, Inc.: 900sf office space at the Atrium Building, 4637 Vincennes Blvd.
• Superior Heating & Cooling of SW FL: 3,500sf industrial space at 1056 N.E. Pine Island Rd.
• Nathan Loy d/b/a Infinite Ideas: 2,800sf retail/warehouse space at 1020 N.E. Pine Island Rd.
• Liberty Mechanical, Inc. (1,250sf industrial space), TK Properties of SW Florida, LLC (800sf industrial space), and L & S American Services Corp. (800sf retail space), all at 1202 N.E. Pine Island Rd.
