DeAngelis Diamond Expands with Seventh Office

DeAngelis Diamond has expanded with an office in central Florida. The company recently signed a lease for 4,100sf at 111 North Orange Avenue in downtown Orlando and will be fully renovating the space before moving in later this spring.

The company currently has more than $140 million under construction in central Florida, with another $100 million scheduled to break ground during the first quarter. Its Orlando office will focus on commercial, healthcare, multifamily, and senior living projects in vicinity. T.J. Sellers has been named division manager and is responsible for overseeing projects from sale to completion.
