Connor & Gaskins Celebrates 10 Years in Business

In 2010, Barry Connor & Craig Gaskins established Connor & Gaskins Unlimited (CGU), intending to create a construction company unlike any other. Now, as it celebrates its tenth anniversary, the Naples-based general contracting company commemorates the many relationships and projects it has developed since its inception.

From the Florida Keys Fairfield Inn & Suites to Hyatt Place in California, CGU has undertaken projects of all scales and scopes. Recent Naples-based projects include 850 Central, Lulu’s Kitchen for St. Matthew’s House, along with InTown Suites hotel renovations in 28 states. With the growing demand for residential projects, Connor and Gaskins hired Jon Lawrence to lead the CGU Homes team in 2016.

This year, the team looks forward to building new relationships and adding projects to its growing portfolio, including the Bayshore Wine Venue, the Naples Bay Club, multiple single-family home construction projects, and condo renovations.
