Cogent Bank Hires Jessica Fontana as VP

Cogent Bank, a $635 million- asset bank, has expanded its team with the addition of Jessica Fontana as vice president, private banking officer for Southwest Florida. Fontana has worked in the financial industry for more than 15 years in Collier and Lee counties as a personal and commercial banker. She assists high net worth individuals and their businesses with loan, deposit, and treasury management needs.

Originally from Crystal River, Fontana earned her banking and finance diploma from the American Bankers Association. Fontana will work from Cogent’s office in Fort Myers and a new office in Naples, which is expected to open later this year.

Based in Central Florida, Cogent Bank has five other locations worldwide, including Clearwater, Tampa, Orlando, Orange City, and Jacksonville. The bank offers a broad range of lending, depository, treasury management, and mobile banking services designed to meet the complex and diverse needs of the communities it serves.
