Greentree Center Undergoing Redevelopment

Greentree Shopping Center is being redeveloped at the intersection of Airport Road and Immokalee Road in Naples. The coastal-contemporary design and open-air concept replaced the Mediterranean design, transforming the property into a lifestyle center versus a traditional retail shopping center. Crifasi Real Estate is leading the project to offer restaurant spaces from 3,000sf to 5,500sf under air and expanded outdoor dining area. Updates include open-air gables, large outdoor cupolas, custom lighting, expanded tile walkways, fountains with torches, and fresh landscaping throughout.

NCH Wellness Center, located within the center, is also under a massive multi-million-dollar renovation expected to finish in June. Also the parcel off Greentree Center on Airport Road is currently under construction for a new 7-Eleven with a May completion date.
